Manicomio is located in the Duke of York Square shopping plaza, just off fashionable Kings Road in Chelsea, London. The square occupies property which was formerly part of the Duke of York's Territorial Army HQ, and the building in which Manicomio resides was once used as a military asylum, hence our name, which translates from Italian as "madhouse".
