My philosophy on cooking is simple – based on quality and seasonality of produce with minimum fuss. All our meat is free range and, where possible, organic. Our fish are line caught and from sustainable sources. Our Italian ingredients such as salumi, cheeses, olive oil and balsamic vinegars are all imported through Machiavelli™ and, although not local to London, everything is artisan based, ensuring authentic origins without the use of chemicals and preservatives.
Good food is a right not a luxury, from our sandwiches to our Black Gold beef fillet,
the same amount of care and attention is always given
