		Manicomio is both a restaurant and a full-service delicatessen and cafe, directly sourcing as much as possible direct from Italy through our favoured supplier, Machiavelli, which has been importing Italian products for fifteen years. Manicomio was launched in August 2003, under Head Chef Tom Salt (River Café) and General Manager Michael Mayhew.
